i baked chocolate chip cookies.
they look so yummy
but they taste horrible.

but i learnt that kosher salt cannot be subsituted for sea salt which can't be subsituted for rock salt.
how was i to know that the sea salt was actually rock salt?
and it was only one pathetic teaspoon.
i don't see why we have rock salt.
so its pink, yeah well its colours ain't gonna show up much in your cooking.

i'm really peeved that the chocolate became salty, it was such a waste.
heehee i just remembered that we used to be grossed out by the rock salt cause its pink and comes rom the himalayas.
so my mum was like why is it pink?
then she mumbled something about dead explorers...
anyway, the important thing is never use too much salt.

ohoh, we were trying to separate the yolk from the white last night and we didn't know how,
so i tapped the egg real gently, and it didn;t break
so i tapped it again and it broke a teeny weensy bit
so my bro was like 'lET ME LAH!"
So i was like ok, then he broke it, and tried to pour the white away,
then the yolk dropped out onto his hands
and we were screaming then he ran and dumped it in the mixing bowl.
heh.
