i shall post about cupcakes :D

yummy :D

so on thursday, the day before teacher's day celebrations i went to tsi yuan's house to bake cupcakes.

they arent the pretty ones above by the way,

not that ours arent awesome too:D

so i lugged my books to her home two plastic bag fulls

but it can't really be considered as lugged

cause we took a taxi heheh :)

ooops. sorry i forgot to pay you back, ohoh and cherie too O.O

sorry..

yeah. ok then we ate lunch and watched a bit of tv

i ate potato chips ._.

but they were so good!

i forgot how much i hated chips..

oh well they were onion and something..

OHOHOH! i remember..

sour cream and onion.. awesome :)

sorry, my memory isnt exactly the best unless

i absolutely have to remember it

oR the thing in the world is so awesome

that its

unforgettable/ in every way/

(i heart that song!)

then we made cupcakes and decorated it with icing

made of

lemon and icing sugar

there wasnt enough lemon juice for the icing sugar

and the lemon smelt so good :(

i couldnt resist...

so i squeezed more juice

more more more more

ok. enough

and then tsi yuan stirred it till it was smooth

and we spread it on our cupcakes :D

but it wasnt as easy as those people make it look in recipe books

their cupcakes are so gorgeously coated

all smooth and whatnot

but it was difficult.

first we tried a spoon

but it didnt work out as well as we thought

so we used a butter knife which was pretty much ok

and then her mum came along and pointed out the palette knife

righto.

._.

so we spread it

and then her mum was like keep moving it or something like that

so i did

it made me feel like i was driving a car :3

not that i've driven one :D

and we decorated it with hershey's candy coated kisses

and raisins.

i dont like candy coated kisses

no offence hershey's,

as much as i adore ur chocolates

the kisses taste like vomit

not much for kisses eh.

at least candy coated ones...

anyway so my hand had lotsa icing on it and i tasted it.

sour!

but definitely yummy :D

but my threshold for sour is quite high..

heheh

poor you who have to eat the icing!

im guessing i squeezed too much lemon :D

and thats the end of it all.

ohohoh

i forgot to mention.

there was some hersheys immediate freeze thing

i thought it would have been some thick chocolate paste

so i squeezed it over a cupcake

but turns out it was watery ._.

and the cupcake looked gross.

im so glad we made 10 :D

but it was apparently pretty and creative like marble swirls..

erm it looked inedible

thank you anyway
